Robert Lee Howell, 80, a resident of 405 Jefferson St., Plymouth, died Sept. 12, 2012, at Washington County Hospital, Plymouth. A funeral will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Spring Green Church of Christ (Disciples of Christ) with Pastor Thomas Pittman officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Tuesday at Toodle’s Funeral Home and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Toodle’s Funeral Home, Plymouth.
