Joseph Thomas, 68, of 150 S. Fifth St., Mt. Vernon, N.Y., died Friday, October 12, 2012, at Montefiore Medical Center, Bronx, N.Y. The family will be receiving friends at the home of his sister, Evelyn Wynn, 2639 Woodlawn Road, Roper. Funeral arrangements will be announced by Toodle’s Funeral Home, Plymouth.
