Mrs. Gladys “Irene” Lilley Howard, 84, of 550 Oak Ridge Lane, Belhaven, died Saturday, Oct. 20, 2012, at River Trace Nursing Center of Washington. A graveside funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 22, 2012, at the Oscar Lilley cemetery in Pinetown.
