Nellie Johnson White, 83, of 107 Askewville-Evans St., Askewville, died Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2012, at her home. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 26, 2012, at Askewville Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery, Windsor. The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 25, 2012, at Walker Funeral Home and at other times from the home. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home, Windsor.
