Rachel Ward Cahoon, 80, of Columbia died Sunday, November 4, 2012, at her daughter’s residence in Columbia. A funeral service will be held Thursday, November 8, 2012, at 1 p.m. at Mount Pleasant Baptist Church, Creswell with Pastor Charlie Reber officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 6, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Maitland Funeral Home, Creswell and other times at her daughter Karen’s residence. Arrangements are by Maitland Funeral Home, Creswell.
