Larry Eugene Sadler

LITTLE RIVER, SC — Larry Eugene Sadler, 65, of Little River, died unexpectedly Saturday night, June 30, 2012, in a car-pedestrian accident in North Myrtle Beach while attempting to cross Rt. 17.
Larry was born in Washington, NC, the son of the late Charles Ray and Frances Jolley Sadler. He was a graduate of Washington High School, Oak Ridge Military Academy and East Carolina University. His career was spent as an Independent Insurance Agent specializing in Accident/Health and Long Term Care Insurance. He was an accomplished drummer musician and social dancer.
Survivors include his daughter, Lora Dale Sadler Hinton and husband Michael of Wendell, NC; two grandsons, Brody Cole and Zachary Reed Hinton, and uncles Edward Lee Sadler of Asheville, NC, and William T. Jolley of Mt. Airy, NC.
A memorial celebration of Larry’s life will be held Saturday, Nov. 10, 2012, at Down on Main, 107 W. Main St., Washington at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, join us for a Dutch lunch to support this local business.
