Nos. 2421 and 2422, Finn and Nanner (right) are two-month-old Welsh Corgi-Retriever mix puppies with golden tan coats. Sweet, playful, gentle, friendly, intelligent and attentive only begin to describe these adorable puppies. Finn is male and Nanner is female. No. 2414, Jackie (left) is a neutered two-year-old black and white male cat with markings that are typical of a Tuxedo cat with a paint brush tail (the end of his black tail is tipped with white). He is gentle, very intelligent, affectionate, impeccably clean and litter box trained. Jackie is up to date on his shots and his adoption fee is $15. All three are available through Saturday at the animal shelter. (Photos contributed by Dottie Walker, a Humane Society of Beaufort County volunteer)
