Frank Charles Garrod, 66, died Thursday, Nov. 8, 2012, at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville. A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 1, 2012, at First United Methodist Church of Washington. The family will receive friends at a reception following the service at the Cypress Landing Bay Club in Chocowinity. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.
