Mary Elizabeth Sanford Hoggard, 80, of 1120 Broad St., Windsor, died Monday, Dec. 3, 2012, at her home. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 6, 2012, at Edgewood Baptist Church by the Rev. Chris Lee and the Rev. David Woolsey. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2012, at Walker Funeral Home and at other times from their home. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home, Windsor.
