June Woodley, 61, a Columbia native and more recently a resident of Cross Creek Health Care Center in Swan Quarter since 2010, died on Wednesday, January 2, 2013, at Cross Creek.
Born in Tyrrell County, June 26, 1951, she was the daughter of the late Henry Linwood and Thelma Morris Woodley. She attended Albemarle Church of Christ all of her life until her health required her to move to assisted living.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Albemarle Church of Christ. Phillip Paul and Leon Williams will officiate. Burial will follow in Azalea Memorial Gardens.
Surviving are a sister, Wanda W. Pritchett; a niece, Donna P. Price of Jacksonville, FL, and a nephew, Logan Pearce of Columbia.
She was also preceded in death by a brother, Horace Woodley.
