Dalton O’Neal Rose, Jr., 56, of Dalton Avenue, Windsor, died Monday, January 28, 2013, at Vidant Bertie Memorial Hospital. A memorial service will be held Thursday January 31, 2013, at 11 a.m. at Windsor Assembly of God by the Rev. Chuck Grey. The family will receive friends following the service. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, is serving the Rose family.
