Thomas Alphonza “Bud” Cherry, 66, of 1182 McNair Road, Plymouth, died Sunday, March 3, 2013, at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville. A funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Long Ridge Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. General James officiating. Burial will follow in the Moore-McNair cemetery. The family is receiving friends at the home. A walk-through will be held from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Friday at Toodle’s Funeral Home, Plymouth, who is in charge of arrangements.
