Rosa Lee Parker Crisp

Mrs. Rosa Lee Parker Crisp, age 85, a resident of 153 Waterford Place, Washington, died Friday, March 15, 2013 at Vidant Inpatient Hospice in Greenville.
Graveside services will be 1:00 pm Monday, March 18, 2013 at Oakdale Cemetery and will be conducted by Rev. Scott Setzer and Rev. Mack Crisp.
Mrs. Crisp was born in Johnston County to the late Carl Franklin Parker and Vennie Mae Pollard Parker. On August 22, 1943 she married Alva Alphonso Crisp, Sr., who preceded her in death on March 26, 1997. She was employed with Margie’s Hallmark for many years, was a member of a local garden club and a member of Second Baptist Church.
Survivors include three daughters, Martha “Marti” Minges of Fayetteville, Linda Campbell and husband Gene of Blounts Creek, Carla Howard and husband Mark of Charleston, SC, one sister, Atha Stokes of Washington, eight grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren and nine great great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her son, Alva A. Crisp, Jr., one sister, Dorothy Lindsay and her brother Tommy Parker.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Sunday, March 17, 2013 at Paul Funeral & Crematory of Washington and other times at the home.
