Mr. Charles Brinkley Garrett, 57, a resident of Fredrick Road, Chocowinity, died Saturday, April 6, 2013, at Vidant Beaufort Hospital. A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m., Thursday, April 11, 2013, in the chapel of Hillside Funeral Service. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday, April 11, 2013, at Hillside Funeral Service & Cremations, Washington, and other times at the home of Barbara Wilkins, 250 Mansfield Road, Washington.
