Mr. Harold Edmond Woolard, 86, a resident of Broad Creek Road, Washington, died Thursday, April 11, 2013, at Vidant Beaufort Hospital. A funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday, April 14, 2013, in the chapel of Hillside Funeral Service. Burial will follow at Pamlico Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, April 13, 2013, at Hillside Funeral Service & Cremations, Washington, and other times at the home.
