Mrs. Ann Alligood Mackie 73, of Windsor, died Wednesday, April 24, 2013, in Vidant Medical Center. A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 30, 2013, at Edgewood  Cemetery, with the Rev. Joe Cooper officiating. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home, Windsor.
