Mr. Keith Omar Fields, 28, of 1406 Mackeys Road, Plymouth, died Sunday, April 28, 2013, at Washington County Hospital, Plymouth. The family is receiving friends at the home. Arrangements will be announced by Toodle’s Funeral Home, Plymouth.
