Margie Louise Biggs Phelps, 81, of Jamesville and formerly of Plymouth, died Saturday, April 27, 2013, at Washington County Hospital, Plymouth. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 30, 2013, at Maitland Funeral Home, Plymouth, with Bob Moulden officiating. Burial will follow in Hillside Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home, which is in charge of arrangements.
