Mr. Ervin J. Hugh Modlin, 79, of 2083 Mill Road, Jamesville, died Tuesday, May 21, 2013, at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, May 24, 2013, at Grace Family Fellowship Pentecostal Holiness Church with the Revs. Dallas Gurganus, Rick Manning and Roger Leggett officiating.  Burial follows in Jamesville Cemetery. Visitation is from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, May 23, 2013, at the church. Arrangements are by Biggs Funeral Home, Williamston.
