Mr. Thomas Jurnal “Tommy” Simpkins, 84, a resident of Dixon Road, Chocowinity, died Monday, June 17, 2013, at River Trace Nursing Center, Washington. A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 19, 2013, at the Dixon family cemetery, Chocowinity. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory and other times at the home of his daughter, Debra Edwards, 1402 Dixon Road, Chocowinity.
