Mr. Arthur Williams, 46, of 1924 Oglesby Road, Morehead City, died Friday, June 21, 2013, at the Veterans Administration Medical Center, Durham. The family will receive friends at the home. Arrangements will be announced by Whitfield & Whitley Funeral Home, Washington.
