Mrs. Emma Windley Oden, 60, a resident of 1032 Railroad St., Belhaven, died Friday June, 28, 2013. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 6, 2013, at Holly Grove Church of Christ (Disciples of Christ), Sidney community. The family is receiving friends at the home.
