Mrs. Velma B. “Granny” Bailey, of 1100 Green St., Bear Grass, died Sunday, July 21, 2013. A funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Wednesday, July 24, 2013, at Bear Grass Presbyterian Church. The family will receive visitors from 1:30 p.m. until the funeral service and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Biggs Funeral Home, Williamston.
