Just rode by Veterans Park, noticed all the duck droppings. I’m sure the city of Washington could spare some of their hardworking employees one or two days a week to clean it up. If not, I think they could probably get somebody to donate their time. I’d be willing to help, myself.

If teachers are working at poverty level, then I’m a carpenter. I must be below poverty level and I don’t get the summer off when I do get some work.

What is the deal with the people around here? Every time I pick up the legal notices, somebody’s moving another cemetery for some excuse or another. I’m sorry. My personal belief, a graveyard is sacred ground. Once you are laid to rest, you should be there for eternity.
