Mrs. Emma Clark Simspon, of 158 New Road, Scranton, died Tuesday, Aug. 6, 2013, at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville The family is receiving friends at the home. Arrangements will be announced by Bonner Street Funeral Home, Washington.
