Ms. Barbara Ann Ore, of 703 W. 11^th St., Washington, died Wednesday, Aug. 21, 2013, at Vidant Medical Center. The family will receive friends at the home. Arrangements will be announced by Leon Randolph Funeral Home, Washington.
