Mr. Durwood Earl Lewis, 68, of Vanceboro, died, Thursday, Sept. 5, 2013, at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 8, 2013, at West Vanceboro Church of God. Visitation is from 2 p.m. until the funeral hour at the church. Burial follows in Vanceboro Cemetery.
