Mrs. Eva Kennedy Bierman, age 86, a resident of 50 Riverside Road, Washington, died Monday, September 9, 2013 at her home.

Funeral services will be 11:00 am Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington and will be conducted by Travis Boyd.

Mrs. Bierman was born in Mannington, West Virginia on August 7, 1927 to the late Harry and Zora Cunningham Kennedy. On August 4, 1954 she married Charlie Frederick Bierman who preceded her in death on September 19, 2007. She and her husband owned and operated Parkview Grocery Store and Mobile Home Park.

Survivors include one daughter, Christina Vojth and husband Sabi of Las Vegas, Nevada, one son, Michael Bierman and wife Gina of Raleigh and two grandchildren, Hayes Bierman and Wiley Bierman.

The family will receive friends from 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm Tuesday, September 10, 2013 at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.
