Mrs. Bertha Naomi Simmons, 80, of 210 Brinkley Ave., Plymouth, died Sunday, Sept. 22, 2013, at Vidant Roanoke-Chowan Hospital. The family is receiving friends at the home. Arrangements will be announced by Toodle’s Funeral Home, Plymouth.
