Mr. Richard Lawrence “Shorty” Dobson, 80, of 2047 Mill Road, Jamesville, died Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2013, at home. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 29, 2013, at Cedar Branch Baptist Church with the Rev. Paul Weaver and pastor Michael Lewellyn officiating. Visitation is from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 27, 2013, at the church and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Biggs Funeral Home, Williamston.
