Baby Ty’mel Deon Jones, passed on September 22, 2013 at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville.

He is survived by his parents, Brittney Symone’ Moore of Chocowinity and Taquan Deon Jones of Vandemere; maternal grandparents, Christa Babette Hamilton of Chocowinity and Darvelle Moore of Greenwood, SC; and paternal grandparent, Kelly Jones Jr. of Vandemere.

A memorial service will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, September 28, at St. Anna Missionary Baptist Church in Blounts Creek with Minister Marilyn Miller, Minister Debra Boyd and the Rev. David Moore, Jr. officiating.

The family will receive friends and relatives at the home, 1433 Gray Rd., Chocowinity.
