Mr. John Willis Woolard, 86, died Thursday, Oct. 3, 2013, at Roanoke Landing Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. The family is receiving friends at the home of his daughter and son-in-law, Rudene and LeVance Mitchell, 501 E. Main St., Plymouth Arrangements will be announced by Toodle’s Funeral Home, Plymouth.
