Mrs. Ruth Mizelle Draper, 48, of 717 Pennsylvania Ave., Hertford, died Thursday, Oct. 10, 2013, at Albemarle Hospital. A funeral will be conducted at 2:30 p.m., Monday, Oct. 14, 2013, at the Walker Funeral Home Chapel, Windsor, with pastor John Randell officiating.  Burial follows in Edgewood Cemetery, Windsor. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. to the funeral hour Monday at Walker Funeral Home, which is in charge of arrangements, and other times at the home.
