Mrs. Mary Harmon Phelps, 87, a resident of Three Rivers Nursing Home, died Saturday, Nov. 16, 2013, at Vidant Bertie Memorial Hospital. A graveside service will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2013, at Edgewood Cemetery with the Rev. Alan Harmon officiating. The family will receive friends following the service. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home, Windsor.
