Mr. Ronnie Lee Waters, 53, of 604 E. Fourth St., Washington, died Sunday, Nov. 17, 2013, at Vidant Beaufort Hospital. A funeral will be conducted at noon Saturday, Nov. 23, 2013, at House of Prayer Deliverance Ministry, Washington, with minister Michael Waters officiating. Burial follows in Cedar Hill Cemetery. The family is receiving friends from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 22, 2013, at Bonner Street Funeral Home and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Bonner Street Funeral Home, Washington.
