Willis Woodrow Carlisle, 90, a resident of Williamston, died Friday, Dec. 6, 2013, at his home. The funeral service will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at Fellowship Baptist Church, with Rev. John Keeter officiating. Burial will follow at Martin Memorial Gardens will military honors. The family will receive friends Saturday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Biggs Funeral Home and other times at the residence, 28496 N.C. Highway 125, Williamston.
