Mr. Jackie O’Neal Goddard, a resident of Ridgewood Manor, died Thursday, Dec. 19, 2013, at Vidant Beaufort Hospital, Washington. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 22, 2013, at St. John Church of Christ (Disciples of Christ) with Elder Russell officiating. Burial follows in Goddard Town Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the home, 200 W. 15^th St., Washington. Arrangements are by Bonner Street Funeral Home, Washington.
