Joyce Heyne Schwenk, passed away peacefully Saturday, Dec. 21, 2013 from her long fight with cancer.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Dec. 28, 2013 at 2 p.m. at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church in Washington.  The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1 to 2 p.m. at the church.
