James Franklin Foreman, 88, of Lowland died Wednesday, Dec. 25, 2013.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 27, 2013, at the Lowland Community Cemetery with the Rev. Gene Lupton and Elder Gary Scheier officiating.

The family will receive friends at the home, 3574 Lowland Road, Lowland.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to Hospice of Pamlico, 11146 N.C. Highway 55, Grantsboro, NC  28529.
