Mr. Harold “Rayford” Lilley Sr., 83, a resident of 119 Palmer Place, Washington, died Tuesday, Jan. 28, 2014, at his home. A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 1, 2014, at the chapel of Paul Funeral Home & Crematory in Washington.  Burial will follow in Oakdale Cemetery.
