Mr. James Johnson Randolph Jr., a resident of Ridgewood Manor and formerly of 101 School St., Pantego, died Tuesday, Jan. 28, 2014, at Ridgewood Manor. The family is receiving friends at 94 Beaufort St., Terra Ceia community, Pantego. Arrangements will be announced by Bonner Street Funeral Home, Washington.
