Mrs. Geneva Pearl Jordan, 76, a resident of San Antonio, Texas, and formerly of 5083 Bonnerton Road, Edward, died Tuesday, Jan. 28, 2014. A memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 8, 2014, at Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, Edward.  The family is receiving friends at the home of Louise S. Brown 17661 N.C. Highway 33 East, Blounts Creek. Local arrangements are by Whitfield & Whitley Funeral Home, Washington.
