East Carolina DE Terrell Stanley Upgraded to Good Condition

GREENVILLE, N.C. – Terrell Stanley, an East Carolina University football player who was seriously injured during an automobile accident Feb. 12, has been upgraded to good condition according to Vidant Medical Center Monday afternoon.

The rising junior had been listed in critical condition after being transported to VMC’s emergency room from the scene on U.S. Highway 264 Alternate.

“Those who know Terrell fully understand he is a warrior with a relentless and passionate approach to life, both on and off the field,” ECU Head Football Coach Ruffin McNeill said. “I can speak for our entire Pirate family in extending our deepest gratitude for everyone who has Terrell in their thoughts and prayers.”
