Charlie Lee Rowe, 78, a resident of Pine Lane, Washington, died Thursday, Feb. 20, 2014. There will be a graveside service with military honors at 2:30 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2014, at the Rowe family cemetery, Blounts Creek. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 25, 2014, at Washington’s 15th Street Church of God and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Hillside Funeral Service, Washington.
