Mr. John Paul Jefferson, 70, of  2159  Free Union Road, Jamesville, died Friday, Feb. 14, 2014, at Roanoke Landing Nursing Center, Plymouth. A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 22, 2014, at Uniontown Church of Christ (Disciples of Christ) with Bishop Daniel Boston Sr. officiating. Burial follows in Uniontown Church’s cemetery, Jamesville. Viewing is from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 21, 2014, at at Puckett-Purkett Memorial Chapel, Roper.
