A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2014, at Leon Randolph Memorial Chapel, Leon Randolph Funeral Home, Washington. Burial will follow at Broad Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 25, 2014, at Leon Randolph Memorial Chapel and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Leon Randolph Funeral Home, Washington.
