Mr. Henry “Bud” Rouse, of 111 Metro Court, Washington, died, Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2014, at Vidant Beaufort Hospital. The family is receiving friends at the home. Arrangements will be announced by Leon Randolph Funeral Home, Washington.
