Pungo Christian Academy’s Homecoming 2014, which was delayed almost a week by the heavy snow the week of Jan. 27, was held Thursday, Feb. 6. The Homecoming court, made up of freshmen Carolyn Fletcher and Rachel Langley; sophomores Renae Auer and Lindsea Mizell; juniors Dana Woolard, Jessie Gurganus and Gibsen Armstrong; and seniors Alma Kathryn Crouch, Hannah Mutschler and Alexandria Payne, were presented at halftime of the varsity boys’ game. Taylor Mann, homecoming princess from 2013, crowned the 2014 princess from ninth and tenth grades, Lindsea Mizell; and the 2013 homecoming queen Roxanne Respess crowned senior Hannah Mutschler 2014 homecoming queen.
