40 YEARS: The Wharton Station Ruritan Club celebrated its 40th anniversary since being chartered in February 1974. Three current members are original charter members: Harold Tyson, Carlton Manning and Buddy Harris.
RURITAN OF THE YEAR: The Wharton Station Ruritan Club presented named Jeff Edwards (right) its Ruritan of the Year for 2013. He received the plaque from Ruby Manning, club president.
