Mrs. Mary Frances Bonner O’Neal, a resident of Belhaven, died Thursday, March 13, 2014. The family is receiving friends at the home of Phyllis Freeman, 363 E. Pantego St., Belhaven. Arrangements will be announced by Whitfield & Whitley Funeral Home, Washington.
